  1. Dear Gregor, Monica

I would like to enquire whether this retreat is suitable for a complete beginner? Or is it aimed at yogis who have been practicing for 20 years?

Although I have practiced meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition on and off for 15 years, and have dabbled in yoga, I’ve just started a wonderful Ashtanga yoga class in the Mysore style with an Irish teacher who studied with Sharrath Jois in Mysore. For the first time I’m learning yoga as a spiritual journey.

    Thank you for your advice.
    Hilary

    • Dear Hilary,

If you do already practice Mysore-style then you are definitely ready for the retreat. We are very much catering for all levels and in the afternoons we do a lot of pranayama and meditation.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hope to see you in Greece.
      Greetings
      Gregor
